  • How do I request a refund?

    To request a refund, please send an email to help@motickets.co.uk. Please be aware that refund policies may vary for each event, and the specific policy will be communicated on your ticket. Your refund request will be forwarded to the event organizer for review. You will receive an email notification once they respond.

  • Is there a mobile app available for easier ticket management and access?

    While a mobile app is in development, for now, you can find events and manage tickets at https://motickets.co.uk/events.

  • What payment methods do you accept for purchasing tickets?

    We accept all major card providers. Additionally, PayPal is available, and Apple Pay and Google Pay will be added soon.

  • What happens if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

    Any changes to events will be communicated via email. Please ensure to check your email for any updates before the event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new event time, and you'll have the option for a refund. In the case of a cancellation, event refunds will automatically be issued back to the card you used for the purchase.
